Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

Darkside Charms is not liable for:

  • Delays in transit

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Loss or theft after delivery to the address provided by the customer

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the carrier to investigate delivery issues.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are not controlled by us and are the responsibility of the customer.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, governmental actions or customs delays.
